Of course that framework is Blueprint, but timing couldn’t have been better. I’m releasing WP Freemium theme 2.0 this week with much more proven backend and UI overhaul. I’ll keep you posted.

Just testing out the new Open Source WordPress app for the iPhone. It was just released a couple of hours ago and i’ve been playing around with it since. So far it feels solid. There are a few UI bugs but outside of that, I’m liking it!

Problems:
Once you tab on a post to edit it, it only gives you the option to post it. It doesn’t allow you to go back unless you tap the home button (which quits the app).

There’s also a time difference when I posted this note compared to what it says on the app.

Time’s been cut in half recently with two summer school classes lasting 6weeks along with my part time job which I’ll be leaving starting July 3rd for about a month.

During that off time, I’ll be working at another job at GSU totally separate from the web—cooking. Should be fun.

Those of you following me on twitter probably noticed that I sold my iPhone, which was a decision I made on impulse after watching the WWDC. Suffice to say, the pros outweighed the cons for doing so: I secured enough money in order to buy the new iPhone 3G + tax for free (which is a pretty big upgrade from my previous 4gig launch iPhone).

The cons were well, I’m unreachable for my family/friends, no more zoning out with my ipod in public, all my random note jotting sessions are back to manual pen/paper instead of using the iPhone’s notes app—which I use religiously! And still footing the bill this month even though I’m not using it!

Whatever.

Anyway, back to the topic, plans for Ptahdunbar.com:

Going to update WPFreemium – 1.4 dual sub menu support etc.

Got a super huge article on using Subversion basics with WordPress
(wp guy recently wrote one of his own, which almost makes mines redundant but it’s not. you’ll see.)

I recently designed a biz card for my sister which is going in the portfolio

Before I leave my job, I’m going to finish converting out department from static files to a fully backed WordPress install – Gonna blog about that.

Trying to gather up the WordPress community here in Atlanta and see what we can pull off (read: meet up in the making).

There ya go. Expect the subversion article this week!

P.S. Also, I’m redesigning my blog yet again. No more heritage colors. It’s not what I wanted. It’ll be live within the next two weeks.

P.P.S. Btw, I totally didn’t notice that I’ve been blogging for about 6months now! Gosh that seems so long.
