On February 22, I attended WordCamp Miami 09 and introduced WP Framework to a lot of WordPress users. How awesome was that.
My goal for the talk was to get people interested in WP Framework and to get a few of them to try it out for the first time. Despite it being my first time ever to present a talk, I’m glad a few people understood what was going on and saw the possibilities with the project.

Here are the slides for WP Framework’s talk:
Of course if you weren’t there, you probably won’t understand the slides completely. I’ll write out a blog post and explain everything in detail over on WP Framework’s blog.
In hindsight, I learned that I’ll need to actually rehearse my slides thoroughly instead of just knowing the main topics and freestyle from there (hat tip to Rey Bango)! What was I thinking.
Mad props to all the people who organized BarCamp/WordCamp Miami. It was well organized and packed with loads of interesting peopling talking about what they’re passionate about. Shouts out to Mike for inviting me to speak at WordCamp Miami. I hope to attend next year and blow the audience away with the progress I’ve made on the project and my presentational skills.
